This was followed by the Annual Reunion in Brisbane in May. This was attended by about 20 people. Which was a great turnout considering so many members were touring Australia and the world. Plus, some last-minute cancellations. These cancellations were at no cost to the member or the Association.

The fewer numbers meant that attendees got more free drinks. This was boosted by a very kind gesture by Dave Middleton who donated $200 over the Bar.

A HUUUUGE thank you for that, Dave.

Thanks to Milky and Mark Wilson, who also contributed to the event by buying some Bar Snacks.

Another benefit of there being a smaller number meant we could spend more quality time chatting with each other.

Topics that were highlighted by the President were:

• The TELSTECH Association is now incorporated.
• Due to the inability to access ADF Bases, finances are being transferred to ING.
• The Treasurer position is still vacant.
• There will be a 2025 Get Together in either Adelaide or Canberra. To be decided by a vote by the members.
• The 2025 Reunion will be at the Paddo on Friday, 30 May 2025.
